Camp Andrews Way, Lake GeorgeWe demolished an old camp and replaced it with this is a stunning custom home on Lake George in 2024. Built with panelized construction, it’s beautiful year-round!
This was another tear-down rebuild project, and one of our favorites – we replaced an old log cabin with this new panelized custom cape featuring Adirondack finishes.
Main Street (Route 9) Chestertown
Here’s a dramatic modern chalet that we designed and built with modular construction, overlooking Tripp Lake in the Adirondacks. What a wonderful place to relax!
Another home that’s received national awards from the MHBA… this custom modular cape at the Great Sacandaga Lake features 5 BRs, 4 full baths, timber frame screen porch, great kitchen and master bath, walkout basement, too much more to list here.
Our custom homes aren’t always large, or expensive… here’s a nice little ranch that we built for a retiree in the Town of Colonie, using panelized construction.
We replaced an old camp with this custom-designed 2 story modular vacation home on the lake. Building on tight lots, in the flood zone, is a challenge, but we’ve done several like this.

This project was a custom modular design/build on the upper Hudson River with a WOW custom kitchen, great master suite, and a dramatic bank of Andersen windows overlooking the river.
Located near Gore Mountain Ski Area and overlooking the upper Hudson River, this 3BR modular ranch with a vaulted great room makes a great vacation/ski home for our customer.
This 3BR panelized ranch was a fast-track design/build that we did after our customers tragically lost their previous home to fire. Everyone loves the open concept layout!
One of our favorite design/build projects was this spacious “Modern Rustic” custom ranch near Global Foundries, built with panelized construction and premium finishes throughout.

Here’s a custom designed 2-story home with first floor master suite and a wonderful rear sunroom, built using traditional stick-frame construction, on the site of a previous house fire.
We designed and built this beautiful panelized “log” home overlooking Lake George during the pandemic. Despite the unique challenges we’re very proud of the result.

This client wanted a “net zero” home, and we designed/built this with modular construction using SIP panels, triple pane Pella windows, solar, etc. You can almost heat this home with a candle!
